  1. Identify shared common ground expectations across different behaviors;<\/li>\n
  2. Network with other participants from different cultural backgrounds;<\/li>\n
  3. Examine problems caused by “outsiders” from other cultures;<\/li>\n
  4. Enhance consultation skills in other cultures;<\/li>\n
  5. Identify culturally different conflict management styles;<\/li>\n
  6. Develop a framework for understanding other cultures; and,<\/li>\n
  7. Increase each participant\u2019s multicultural self awareness.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n
