Dr. Pedersen is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Counseling and Human Services in the School of Education at Syracuse University (1996-present). He previously held academic positions at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Syracuse University, the East-West Center, and the University of Minnesota, and served as faculty or visiting fellow at Harvard University, University of Hawaii, and the University of Pittsburgh – Semester at Sea.<\/p>\n
